India's IPO calendar is set for a quieter week after a hectic September, with only one fresh issue opening for subscription even as the listing market remains crowded with nearly 29 companies scheduled to debut.

The pause comes after companies raised about Rs 39,000 crore through IPOs in September, making it one of the busiest months for the primary market this year.The momentum had picked up sharply from August, after a muted first four months of FY27, as stronger listing gains and steady liquidity pulled investors back into new issues.RK Fashion Accessories IPONext week, the only IPO opening for subscription is RK Fashion Accessories, an NSE SME issue.

The company plans to raise Rs 35 crore through a fresh issue of 42.67 lakh shares. The IPO will open on October 5 and close on October 7. The price band has been fixed at Rs 77-82 per share, with a lot size of 1,600 shares. For retail investors, the minimum investment will be Rs 2.62 lakh at the upper end of the price band.The Kolkata-based company manufactures and distributes imitation jewellery through contract manufacturers and also trades in branded cosmetics.

It operates across wholesale, retail and online channels, and plans to use the IPO proceeds for working capital, a new plating facility in Baruipur, a B2B showroom in Kolkata, completion of B2C stores and inventory for new outlets.The absence of a large mainboard IPO marks a clear breather after September’s rush. But the action will shift to listings, where grey market trends suggest selective interest in a few names.

Grey market premiums are unofficial indicators and can change sharply before listing, but they are often tracked by traders to assess sentiment.Listings galoreAmong next week's listings, Orient Cables has the highest grey market premium for the mainboard IPOs, with a GMP of Rs 123, or 45.22%, over its issue price of Rs 272. The Rs 552 crore issue is scheduled to list on October 5.Black Opal Consultants is another issue drawing strong grey market interest.

The stock is showing a GMP of Rs 78, or 39.59%, over its issue price of Rs 197. The issue was subscribed 73.8 times and is expected to list on October 7.Vans Electroengineerings has the highest GMP among the SME listing candidates. The stock is trading at a GMP of Rs 70, implying a 59% premium over the issue price of Rs 118.

The issue saw heavy demand, with subscription at 629 times, and is scheduled to list on October 7.SRIT India is also showing firm grey market interest, with a GMP of Rs 53, or 40.77%, over the issue price of Rs 130. The Rs 218 crore issue was subscribed 125 times and is scheduled to list on October 6. Pasted markdownEverestIMS Technologies, which is set to list on October 8, is showing a GMP of Rs 40, translating into a 47.06% premium over its issue price of Rs 85.

Acme India Industries is showing a GMP of Rs 25, or 12.76%, ahead of its October 9 listing, while Bench Mark Infotech Services has a GMP of Rs 25, or 22.73%, before its October 5 debut.Several SME IPOs are showing no grey market premium, while a few are indicating only marginal gains.
